About Proper HVAC Inc

The company's work covers AC Services, Heating Services, Ductwork Services, Heat Pumps, Furnace Services, Thermostat Services, Emergency HVAC, and Maintenance & Tune-up. An AC visit typically involves checking refrigerant levels, cleaning coils, testing capacitors, and inspecting airflow at the vents. Furnace and heating calls follow a similar pattern, with burner inspection, ignition testing, and safety checks. Ductwork work addresses leaks and poor airflow, while thermostat service covers installation and programming. Heat pumps, which handle both cooling and heating, receive the same careful diagnostics.
