Cooling/heating demand = annual degree days (NOAA). Electricity = state residential average (EIA).
Heat pump services typically start with a careful assessment of the building, the existing ductwork, and the household or facility's comfort needs. From there, the work may include system selection and installation, routine maintenance such as coil cleaning and refrigerant level checks, and repairs when a unit struggles to switch between heating and cooling modes. Clear communication about each step helps customers understand what is being done and why.
Johnstone Supply works throughout the Corpus Christi area, where mild winters and long, hot summers make a dependable heat pump especially valuable. Local conditions such as coastal humidity and high summer temperatures place steady demands on equipment, so regular service matters here.
Residents and business owners comparing local pros should look beyond price alone. Ask about the scope of work, how service calls are handled, and what past customers have said. Johnstone Supply has earned a 4.7-star Google rating from 18 reviews, which offers one useful point of reference.
