Cooling/heating demand = annual degree days (NOAA). Electricity = state residential average (EIA).
The company's work covers eight areas. AC Services include diagnosing cooling faults, checking refrigerant levels, and repairing compressors and fans. Heating Services and Furnace Services address ignition problems, burner inspections, and weak heat output. Ductwork Services look for leaks and restricted airflow that waste energy. Heat Pumps, Thermostat Services, Emergency HVAC, and Maintenance & Tune-up round out the list, from installing and calibrating controls to scheduled inspections that catch small faults before they grow.
Telliard Construction holds California contractor license #292472 and has been licensed since 1974, giving it more than 52 years in the trade. Its experience with the coastal San Diego climate, where cooling demand and humidity both matter, shapes how it approaches seasonal maintenance and repairs.
If you are comparing local professionals, ask each contractor for a written estimate, a clear explanation of the work, and their license number, then verify it with the state registry. Telliard Construction is one option to consider, and you can review other listed providers on HVAC Service Fast before you decide.
