HVAC pros here
4
Cooling/heating demand = annual degree days (NOAA). Electricity = state residential average (EIA).
AC Services typically involve diagnosing cooling problems, checking refrigerant levels, and repairing or replacing failing components. Heating Services and Furnace Services address ignition faults, burner issues, and safety checks before cold weather arrives. Heat Pumps, Ductwork Services, and Thermostat Services cover the rest of the comfort picture, from sealing leaky duct runs to setting up controls that manage run times. Electrical Services support the wiring that powers these systems, Emergency HVAC responds to sudden breakdowns, and Maintenance & Tune-up helps equipment run efficiently between seasons.
Lexington's weather swings between humid summers and cold winters, so equipment here works hard in both directions. A contractor familiar with local conditions can plan seasonal maintenance around those demands and recommend repairs that hold up over time. Customers in the Lexington area benefit from that kind of regional awareness when deciding how to keep their homes comfortable.
People comparing local pros should ask about licensing, written estimates, scheduling options, and how emergency calls are handled.
