About Craig Anderson Plumbing

The company offers water heater services, including inspection, repair, and replacement. A technician typically checks the heating element or burner, the thermostat, the anode rod, and the pressure relief valve, then explains what needs attention and why. When replacement makes more sense than repair, the work includes sizing the new unit to the household's demand and making the connections to existing gas or electric lines.

Craig Anderson Plumbing serves Portland, Oregon, where cool, wet winters and older housing stock make reliable hot water a practical concern year-round. Local familiarity helps when a job involves Portland's common plumbing layouts and the permitting steps that apply within city limits.

If you are comparing local pros, look for clear explanations, written estimates, and a willingness to answer questions before any work begins. Craig Anderson Plumbing has a 4.4-star Google rating from 14 reviews, which you can read yourself. For more ways to find a qualified HVAC contractor near you, visit HVAC Service Fast.
