The company's services include AC Services, Heating Services, Furnace Services, and Heat Pumps, along with Ductwork Services, Thermostat Services, Emergency HVAC calls, and Maintenance & Tune-up visits. A typical service visit starts with inspecting the system, checking refrigerant charge, electrical connections, airflow, and controls before any repair is recommended. Ductwork work focuses on finding and sealing leaks that waste conditioned air, while thermostat work covers installing and setting up controls so the system responds to how a home is actually used. Routine tune-ups, such as cleaning coils and replacing worn parts, help catch small problems before they become breakdowns.
Lugenbeel Mechanical Services holds California state contractor license #848565 and has been licensed since 2004, bringing more than 22 years of experience to each job. That history shows in the day-to-day work, from diagnosing aging furnaces to advising whether a heat pump suits a particular property. Chico's mix of older neighborhoods and newer construction means ductwork layouts and equipment ages vary widely, so each assessment considers the specific building.
